Group 2 has been working since August 23rd to develop guidelines for those sections of Chapter 60 that relate to:

SUBCHAPTER 3 - LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT

SUBCHAPTER 6 - INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM

Here are the suggested guidelines for LRE (as of 9/20/08)and the suggested guidelines for IEPs (as of 9/20/08). You'll find the proposed Chapter 60 regulations in the left column, Chapter 56 Guideline language (where it applies) in the center column, and proposed Chapter 60 Guideline language in the right column.
