Group 1 has been working since August 23rd to develop guidelines for those sections of Chapter 60 that relate to:

SUBCHAPTER 5 - EVALUATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATIONS

Here are the suggested guidelines regarding parent consent and determination of eligibility (as of 9/19/08). You'll find the proposed Chapter 60 regulations in the left column, Chapter 56 Guideline language (where it applies) in the center column, and proposed Chapter 60 Guideline language in the right column.
